Pavilion Roofing Replacement Project]

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The City of Waukee sought proposals to replace the roof at Ridge Pointe Park
pavilion. The roof is original construction and has had issues with leaks within
the last year. The contractor selected for that service was Elite Roofing.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
The cost for these services is $12,530. The Parks Department has budgeted
$12,000 for this project. The remaining amount will be funded from Parks
maintenance funds.

REPLACEMENT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the following quote for certain public improvements described in general as the Ridge
Pointe Park Pavilion Roofing Replacement Project and described in the Request for Quotes that
was provided to vendors be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest responsible quote
received for such work, as follows:
Contractor: Elite Roofing of Waukee, IA
Amount of quote: $12,530.00
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of August, 2024.
