AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to Alliance
Construction for the SE Archer Avenue Extension project decreasing the
contract amount by $19,420.00.
FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Chance Order No. 1 is to reconcile plan quantities
with as-built quantities in the field.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order decreases the contract price in the amount of $19,420.00.
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT:
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.

Change Description:
o Zero-Out change to match contract quantity to as-built quantity.
If City Staff concurs with this pricing, we recommend the City of Waukee Decrease the contract
price in the amount of -$19,420.00 to complete the work associated with Change Order #1. If you
