AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to MPS Engineers,
P.C. for the 2023 ADA Sidewalk Improvements project increasing the
contract amount by $3,004.89.
FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Chance Order No. 1 is to reconcile plan quantities
with as-built quantities in the field and deduct damages due to late completion of the project.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $3,004.89
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT:
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
