RESOLUTION 2024-366
APPIZOVING THE SITE PLAN FOR KETTLESTONE CENTRAL - DWR
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Kettlestone Central - DWR, subject to remaining staff comments on August 13,
2024; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Kettlestone Central - DWR is in general conformance with § 160 —
Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Kettlestone Central - DWR is in general conformance with § 161 —
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 19t' day of August, 2024, that the Site Plan for Kettlestone Central - DWR is approved
subject to remaining staff comments.
