AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to Absolute Group for
the Prairie Rose Trail project increasing the contract amount by
$5,258.50.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is for erosion control matting
along the east side of the trail north of Venture Drive due to steep slopes.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $5,258.50.
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT:
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
