RESOLUTION 2024-381
APPROVING SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT WITH MMC CONTRACTORS
IOWA, INC./CERRIS SYSTEMS [CITY FACILITY HVAC AND MECHANICAL
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee City staff solicited proposals for maintenance and repair services for
specific City facility HVAC and mechanical systems; AND,
WHEREAS, after review of the proposals received, City staff recommend entering into an
agreement with MMC Contractors Iowa, Inc./Cerris Systems.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Service Provider Agreement with MMC Contractors Iowa, Inc./Cerris Systems [City Facility
HVAC and Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Services] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved on the 3d day of
September, 2024.
