RESOLUTION 2024-391
APPROVING WARRANTY DEED ]AP NORTH L.C.]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, AP North, L.C. constructed Ashworth North Plat 3 — Regional Detention Pond, per the
Development Agreement with City; AND
WHEREAS, AP North, L.C. is required to dedicate public improvements to the City to fulfill
obligations in the Development Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the warranty
weed for Ashworth North Plat 3 — Regional Detention Pond [AP North, L.C.], is hereby accepted and
that the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to record the executed deed with the
County Recorder of Dallas County.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 3rd day of September,
2024.
