Agreement with Stratus Building Solutions [Custodial Services]

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The City of Waukee sought proposals for Custodial Service for City owned
facilities. The contractor selected for that service was Stratus Building
Solutions.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
The cost for these services will be billed monthly by facility per the attached
cost summary to the applicable facilities services accounts. This proposal was
approved by council on October 7th 2024.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2024-
APPROVING SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT WITH
STRATUS BUILDING SOLUTIONS [CUSTODIAL SERVICES]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee City staff solicited proposals for custodial services at City-owned
facilities; AND,
WHEREAS, after review of the proposals received, City staff recommend entering into an
agreement with Stratus Building Solutions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Service Provider Agreement with Stratus Building Solutions [Custodial Services] is hereby
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved on the 7th day of October,
2024.
