STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for
Parkside Proper Public Improvements and find it in general conformance with the standard
specifications for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2024-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PARKSIDE PROPER PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Parkside Waukee, LLC has completed the public improvements associated
with the Parkside Proper Public Improvements Project; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Parkside Proper Public Improvements Project and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7th day of October, 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Parkside Proper Public Improvements Project.
