AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting November 4, 2024, as the date
of public hearing on the vacation of a portion of a public sanitary sewer
easement [Parkside Commercial Plat 1]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: A sanitary sewer easement was recorded as part of
Parkside Proper Plat 1. Since the original final plat, subsequent plats have
been submitted and approved. A portion of the original easement needs to be
vacated because the sewer was relocated.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of setting the public
hearing date for November 4, 2024, to discuss the vacation of the existing
easement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
