ADOPTING THE CITY OF WAUKEE 2024 FEE SCHEDULE, REVISION NO. 1
[GAS MAIN INSTALLATION CONSTRUCTION COSTS, GAS MAIN INSTALLATION
MATERIAL COSTS, RESIDENTIAL GAS SERVICE CONSTRUCTION COSTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, on December 18, 2023, the Waukee City Council approved the City of Waukee
2024 Fee Schedule (Resolution #2023-543); AND,
WHEREAS, revisions are proposed to the 2024 Fee Schedule to update gas main installation
and material pricing as shown in Exhibit A, which is attached.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of October, 2024, that the City of Waukee 2024 Fee Schedule, Revision No. 1 [Gas Main
Installation Construction Costs, Gas Main Installation Material Costs, Residential Gas Service
Construction Costs], is hereby approved and shall be in effect immediately.
