increasing the contract amount by $29,735.00.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is for revising the tank cone
color after painting had begun.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $29,735.00. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc.
has already reimbursed the City for 50% of this expense.
