SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Absolute Concrete Construction, Inc. dba Absolute Group has
completed the 2024 Serenity Drive Pavement Replacement project and is requesting release of retainage.
Veenstra & Kimm, Inc recommends release of the retainage.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$4,170.00

PAY ESTIMATE NO. 3 (RETAINAGE)
Enclosed are three copies of Partial Payment Estimate No. 3 (Retainage) for the above-
mentioned project. Partial Payment Estimate No. 3 (Retainage) is to authorize payment of the
remaining retainage amount due to an error on Partial Payment Estimate No. 2 (Final). We have
checked the estimate and recommend payment to Absolute Concrete Construction, Inc. dba
Absolute Group of the remaining retainage amount of $4,170.00.
Please sign Partial Payment Estimate No. 3 (Retainage) in the spaces provided. Return one
signed copy to our office and one signed copy to Absolute Concrete Construction, Inc. dba
Absolute Group with payment. The remaining copy is for the City of Waukee’s records.
