RESOLUTION 2024-428
APPROVING SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT WITH
STRATUS BUILDING SOLUTIONS [CUSTODIAL SERVICES]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee City staff solicited proposals for custodial services at City -owned
facilities; AND,
WHEREAS, after review of the proposals received, City staff recommend entering into an
agreement with Stratus Building Solutions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Service Provider Agreement with Stratus Building Solutions [Custodial Services] is hereby
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved on the 7"' day of October,
2024.
