RESOLUTION 2024-421
APPROVING PARKING EASEMENT
[ELM STREET PROPERTY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City has received a request to purchase a permanent easement on property
owned by the City of Waukee and generally located south of the property located at 750 W
Hickman Road for purposes of expansion of a parking lot; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Council has acted on a Purchase Agreement for the easement interests
on the property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the
Parking Easement on property described in Attached Exhibit A is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute the Easement for and on behalf of the
City.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 71' day of
October, 2024.
