FORMAT:Consent Agenda SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 changes the Grand Prairie Parkway & SE Ashworth Road intersection from a cabinet modification to a cabinet replacement, replacing the existing 3-section EB/WB left turn head with 4-section FYA (Flashing Yellow Arrow) heads. The existing cabinet cannot be modified to provide the number of FYA phases included in the original plans. The FYA heads for the EB/WB lefts are to be consistent with other intersections throughout the City. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $49,097.00.
