SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Synergy Contracting, LLC requested Payment
Estimate No. 6 for the work completed on the Bluestem Trunk Sewer – Phase 2 project in the
amount of $298,057.75. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and
recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period September 21, 2024 to October 25, 2024. This pay
estimate is for trenchless sanitary sewer construction.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $298,075.75
