SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The Parks & Recreation Department is working with
O’Leary Enterprises, LLC to provide work of retexturing the ceilings and
painting in the clubhouse at the Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course. The
agreement with O’Leary Enterprises, LLC. is in the amount of
$4,665.00. Staff recommend approval of the agreement.

RESOLUTION 2024-
APPROVING CEILING TEXTURE AND PAINT AT THE SUGAR CREEK
MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE AGREEMENT WITH O’LEARY ENTERPRISES,
LLC [WAUKEE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Parks & Recreation Department wishes to engage the
services of a contractor for ceiling texturing and painting in the Sugar Creek Municipal Golf
Course Clubhouse; AND,
WHEREAS, O’Leary Enterprises, LLC. of West Des Moines, IA, has provided an agreement
for texturing and painting the ceilings in the Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the
construction agreement with O’Leary, LLC. will be completed in December of 2024 [Sugar
Creek Municipal Golf Course] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this 18th day of
November, 2024.
