easement, storm sewer easement, and public utility easement (William Fox
Farm Company)

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: A number of easements associated with Fox Creek
Meadows Plat 1 are required on property owned by William Fox Farm
Company. The appropriate easement documents have been submitted and
reviewed by staff.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2024-
APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF WATER MAIN EASEMENT, PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT, AND STORM SEWER EASEMENT (WILLIAM FOX FARM
COMPANY)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from the William Fox Farm
Company are necessary for the purpose of construction of improvements associated with Fox
Creek Meadows Plat 1.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Utility Easement (1), Storm Sewer Easement (2), and Water Main Easement (3)
from the William Fox Farm Company are hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 18th day of
November, 2024.
