Ridge Pointe Parking Lot Project increasing the contract in the amount of
$7,763.00.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 to Manatt’s, Inc. is for sidewalk and
parking lot extended by owner causing an increase in quantities for items
4,5,6,7 and 14. Remove and reinstall intake was added to project due to an
unforeseen void under the intake boxout when removing adjacent pavement.
