RESOLUTION 2024-464
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES
WITH RDG PLANNING & DESIGN, INC. [WAUKEE STORMWATER UTILITY RATE
ANALYSIS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of RDG Planning & Design, Inc.
for a Stormwater Utility Rate Analysis study; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services performed by RDG will be to collect and organizing data
provided to them from the City regarding expected costs to be covered by the stormwater utility.
Using the collected and analyzed data and generated cost opinions, a table of projected revenues
and costs associated with the stormwater utility and various rate structures will be developed for a final
summary report; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between RDG Planning & Design Inc. and the
City of Waukee, Iowa [Waukee Stormwater Utility Rate Analysis] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 4th day of November,
2024.
