STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT USDI has reviewed the public improvements for the
Waukee TBS No. 2 Reconfiguration Project and finds it in general conformance with project
specifications.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 2024-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[WAUKEE TBS NO. 2 RECONFIGURATION]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Utility Safety and Design, Inc. has completed review of the public
improvements associated with Waukee TBS No. 2 Reconfiguration Project; AND,
WHEREAS, the improvements constructed as part of the Waukee TBS No. 2
Reconfiguration Project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of
the City of Waukee; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 2nd day of December, 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Waukee TBS No. 2 Reconfiguration Project.

We hereby certify that we have made an on-site review of the completed construction of the Waukee
TBS #2 Reconfiguration project as performed by Utility Safety & Design, Inc. & all other contracted
parties.
As Engineers for the project, it is our opinion the work performed is in substantial accordance with the
plans and specifications.
