RESOLUTION 2024-490
APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF A WATER MAIN EASEMENT (STANBROi1GH
RESIDENTIAL, LLC)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORPTY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Stanbrough Residential, LLC,
are necessary for the purpose of construction of improvements associated with Fox Creek
Meadows Plat 1.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Water Main Easement from the Stanbrough Residential, LLC, is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 18t" day of
November, 2024.
