RESOLUTION 2024-507
APPROVING A BAND CONTRACT WITH TYLER RICHTON & THE HIGH BANK
BOYS AND ATOMIC MUSIC GROUP FOR THE 2025 INDEPENDENCE DAY
CELEBRATION [WAUKEE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Parks & Recreation Department wishes to engage the
services of a headliner band for entertainment at the 2025 Independence Day Celebration
Event; AND,
WHEREAS, Tyler Richton & The High Bank Boys, has provided an agreement for such
services at Waukee's 2025 Independence Day Celebration.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the
2025 Independence Day band agreement held on July 4, 2025 [Waukee Parks & Recreation
Department] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this 2"d day of
December, 2024.
