RESOLUTION 2024-509
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO.2 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH CALHOUN-BURNS & ASSOCIATES
[N. WARRIOR LANE BRIDGE OVER LITTLE WALNUT CREEK]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City entered into an Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with
Calhoun -Burns & Associates on April 4, 2022 (RES #2022-132) for the N. Warrior Lane Bridge
Over Little Walnut Creek Project; AND,
WHEREAS, the City approved Amendment No. 1 for Professional Consulting Services with
Calhoun -Burns & Associates on October 17, 2022 (RES #2022-429) for the N. Warrior Lane
Bridge Over Little Walnut Creek Project; AND,
WHEREAS, the Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with
Calhoun -Burns & Associates for preliminary design services, final permitting services with the
USACE and IDNR and ROW Acquisition; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Calhoun -Burns &
Associates and the City of Waukee, Iowa [N. Warrior Lane Bridge Over Little Walnut Creek] is
hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 2°d day of December,
2024.
