FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No.10 is for the purchase and
installation of two residential mailboxes.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $1,200.00.

Dear Mrs. Kappos:
Attached please find a detailed Change Order for City Council approval on December 16, 2024.
Change Description:
Mailboxes were purchased and installed for homes along the project corridor at 245 and 185 NW
20th Street.
We have reviewed the submitted quotes from All - Star and it appears to be in order with current
industry pricing. If the City Staff concurs with this pricing, we recommend the City of Waukee
Increase the contract price in the amount of $1,200.00 to complete the additional work
associated with Change Order #10. If you have any questions, please contact me.
