& Materials, for the Sugar Creek Golf Course Parking Lot Project increasing
the contract in the amount of $8,090.88.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 to InRoads Asphalt Paving &
Materials is for Over-Excavation of parking lot and placement of 125.24 Tons
of granular subbase to stabilize subgrade for asphalt paving. Construction of
concrete patio steps. Eliminate bid quantity for “Subgrade treatments, Fly Ash
6-8%” for Alternates 1 & 2.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$8,090.88

Notes: Pricing is good for 30 days from the quoted date.
Bid Bonds, Dues and Permitting costs not included in the price
Traffic Control to done by others.
Construction survey, layout, and Staking to be done by others.
InRoads LLC Construction Season are From Apr 1 to Wed of Thanksgiving. Weather Permitting.
Work to be completed by end of 2024 Work Season.
ALL items are tied unless approved by InRoads LLC.
***InRoads will take Clean HMA Pavement Removal at our Sand Pit located 3034 560th Ave, Ames IA.
