Ridge Pointe Parking Lot Project in the amount of $23,542.33.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 2 to Manatt’s, Inc is for sod,
pavement markings, trash enclosure and other miscellaneous items. The
quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the
contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Engineer.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$23,542.33
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Approve Payment
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

Enclosed in this document is a signed copy of Pay Application No. 2 for the project mentioned above. The pay application is for
the period between November 1, 2024 and December 1, 2024. This pay application includes the sod, pavement markings,
trash enclosure and other miscellaneous items. We have reviewed the pay application and recommend payment to Mannat’s
Inc. in the amount of $23,542.33.
