RESOLUTION 2025-
APPROVING THE MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT OF CITY OF WAUKEE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE IOWA CONFLUENCE WATER TRAILS (ICON)
BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR 2025
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a member of Iowa Confluence Water Trails (ICON); AND,
WHEREAS, the City has one (1) representative on the ICON Board of Directors; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Council Member Ben Sinclair as the
representative to the ICON Board of Directors for 2025.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
6th day of January, 2025, that it hereby approves the appointment of Council Member Ben
Sinclair as the City of Waukee representative to the Iowa Confluence Water Trails (ICON)
Board of Directors for 2025.
