Paving Corporation for 2023 Asphalt Overlay Improvements Project,
decreasing the contract amount by $56,098.88.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 2 is to adjust the plan quantities to
the as-constructed quantities.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order decreases the contract price in the amount of $56,098.88.
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
