SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Grimes Asphalt and Paving Corporation requested
Payment Estimate No. 4 (Final) for the work completed on the 2023 Asphalt Overlay
Improvements Project in the amount of $4,711.01. McClure Engineering Company has reviewed
the payment estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period March 27, 2024 to December 12, 2024. This pay
estimate is for topsoil, on-site and subbase over-excavation.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $4,711.01
