RESOLUTION 2024-542
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR AUTUMN VALLEY WEST PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, JJR HOLDINGS, LLC, has requested final plat approval of Autumn Valley West Plat 1
(the "Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on October 22, 2024, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Autumn Valley West Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with section § 176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
16`h day of December, 2024, that the Final Plat for Autumn Valley West Plat 1 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Warranty Deed (Street Lot A);
2. Warranty Deed (Outlot X);
3. Public Utility Easement;
4. Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5. Public Storm Sewer Easement;
6. Public Overland Flowage Easement;
7. Public Overland Flowage and Storm Sewer Easement;
8. Public Snow Storage Easement;
9. Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent Easement Agreement;
10. Public Access and Recreational Trail Easement;
11. Off -Site Public Utility Easement;
12. Off -Site Public Overland Flowage and Storm Sewer Easement;
13. Off -Site Temporary Construction Easement;
14. Off -Site Temporary Construction Easement;
15. Off -Site Temporary Turnaround Easement;
16. Off -Site Sanitary Sewer Easement;
17. Off -Site Water Main Easement; and
18. Off -Site Storm Sewer Easement
