FORMAT:Consent Agenda SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Work continues to progress in earnest on the Waukee Public Safety Building. Pay Estimate No. 13 for the Waukee Public Safety Building project covers general construction costs, overhead doors, framing, drywall and ceilings and electrical and communications as well as several other smaller items associated with the project. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Payment Estimate No. 13 is in the amount of $1,758,884.09.
