RESOLUTION 2025-069
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH VEENSTRA & KIMM, INC.
[BOONE DRIVE BOOSTER STATION REHABILITATION PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. for the
Boone Drive Booster Station Rehabilitation Project; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services includes rehabilitation of the Boone Drive booster station,
located just north of Eason Elementary School. Improvements include replacement of two
existing pumps with two new larger pumps, replacement of piping, new pump controls, repairs
and coating of the structure interior, foundation drains surrounding the structure, a prepackaged
sump pump station with piping to the creek north of the structure and miscellaneous associated
work; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. and the City of
Waukee, Iowa [Boone Drive Booster Station Rehabilitation Project] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 3`a day of February,
2025.
