Easement from Waukee Partnership, LLC [Spring Crest Park Project]

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: This temporary construction easement is established to
gain construction access to the Spring Crest Park Project. The temporary
construction easement shall terminate and be of no force and effect sixty days
after the date of final completion, which is anticipated October 15, 2025.

RESOLUTION 2025-
APPROVING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM WAUKEE
PARTNERSHIP, LLC [SPRING CREST PARK PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a temporary construction easement from Waukee
Partnership, LLC, is necessary in order to construct the Spring Crest Park.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Temporary Construction Easement from Waukee Partnership, LLC is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 18th day of
February, 2025.
