The changes relate to specific equipment and protection within the fire side of the building as well as some additional structural bracing within the fitness area. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:The net result of this Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $13,690.57. In total, there have been 10 change orders for $219,083.20 to date which is approximately 15.1% of the total contingency budget.
