RESOLUTION 2025-091
APPROVING TRIUMPH PARK CLEANING SERVICES AGREEMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, on October 7, 2024, the Waukee City Council approved a Service Provider
Agreement with Stratus Building Solutions for custodial services at certain City -owned
facilities (Resolution #2024-428); AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee City staff requested a proposal from Stratus Building Solutions for
custodial services at Triumph Park, including concessions buildings and restrooms; AND,
WHEREAS, City staff recommend approval of an agreement with Stratus Building
Solutions for said custodial services;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council on this
18th day of February, 2025, that the Triumph Park Cleaning Services Agreement with
Stratus Building Solutions is hereby approved.
