RESOLUTION 2025-104
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR KETTLESTONE LAKES
COMMERCIAL
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and recommended
approval of a Preliminary Plat for Kettlestone Lakes Commercial on February 11, 2025; AND,
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat for Kettlestone Lakes Commercial is in general conformance
with section § 176 - Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this the 18'h day of February, 2025 that the Preliminary Plat for Kettlestone Lakes Commercial
be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
