AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of a motion approving Payment Estimate
No. 7/Release of Retainage to Grimes Asphalt and Paving Corporation
for 2021 Ashworth Drive Asphalt Overlay Improvements, Ashworth
Drive from 2nd Street to 4th Street/Waco Place from Ashworth Road to
Wilson Street, in the amount of $22,927.69.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Grimes Asphalt and Paving Corporation requested
Payment Estimate No. 7 and Release of Retainage for the work completed on the 2021 Asphalt
Overlay Improvements Project in the amount of $22,927.69 McClure Engineering Company has
reviewed the payment estimate/release of retainage and recommends payment.
Lien waivers for the project have been received.
