AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 3 to Manatt’s, Inc., for the
Ridge Pointe Parking Lot Project in the amount of $2,202.67.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 3 to Manatt’s, Inc is for the
remainder of the trash enclosure and tree protection fence. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City
of Waukee Staff, and Engineer.

the period between December 16th, 2024, and March, 4th 2025. This pay application includes the remainder of the Trash
Enclosure and Tree Protection Fence. We have reviewed the pay application and recommend payment to Mannat’s Inc. in the
