SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Landmark Structures requested Payment Estimate
No. 20 for the work completed on the 3rd Street Elevated Storage Tank Replacement Project in
the amount of $86,355.00. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the pay estimate and
recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period January 26, 2025 to March 25, 2025. This pay estimate
is for CMU wall construction.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $86,355.00
