COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire and Community Development Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time, pending fire marshal approval and issuance of certificate of
occupancy.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending fire marshal approval and
issuance of certificate of occupancy.
