LLC for the Painted Woods West Park Project in the amount of $111,444.50.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 1 to Concrete Connection, LLC is
for mobilization, excavation, clearing and grubbing, and erosion control. The
quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the
contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.

$111,444.50 for the above-referenced project. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the
contractor and we hereby recommend that the City of Waukee
approves Construction Pay App No. 1 for Concrete Connection.
