AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 4/release of retainage to
Manatt’s, Inc., for the Ridge Pointe Parking Lot Project in the amount of
$7,451.20.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 4 to Manatt’s, Inc is for the release
of the retainage. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and
agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Engineer. Lien
Waivers have been received from the contractor for the project.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
