RESOLUTION 2025-166
ADOPTING THE CITY OF WAUKEE 2025 FEE SCHEDULE, REVISION NO.2
[PEDDLER, SOLICITOR PERMIT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, on December 16, 2024, the Waukee City Council approved the City of Waukee
2025 Fee Schedule (Resolution #2024-543); AND,
WHEREAS, on February 3, 2025, the Waukee City Council Approved Revision No. 1 to the
2025 Fee Schedule (Resolution #2025-075); AND,
WHEREAS, revisions are proposed to the 2025 Fee Schedule to update fees associated with
peddler and solicitor permits as follows:
Peddler, Solicitor License all fees perapplicant)
Application fee non-refundable
$5.00
$10.00 per one -day license
$50.00 per one -week license (7 contiguous days)
$150.00 per 30-day license
License fee
$300.00 per 90-daylicense
$100.00, eligible for refund 30 days after expiration
Bond/Deposit
of license
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
71h day of April, 2025, that the City of Waukee 2025 Fee Schedule, Revision No. 2 [Peddler,
Solicitor Permit], is hereby approved and shall be in effect immediately.
