RESOLUTION 2025-177
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING WEST BANK'S BANKING SERVICES
PROPOSAL FOR 3 YEARS BEGINNING JULY 1, 2025, 2026 AND 2027
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee mailed Requests For Proposals to 21 local financial
institutions; AND,
WHEREAS, the City received 8 written proposals for consideration and review; AND,
WHEREAS, the City's Finance Director and Accounting Manager has reviewed the
proposals and discussed each proposal with the City Administrator and recommends
acceptance and approval of the West Bank proposal; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21" day of April 2025 that it hereby approves and accepts the proposal from
West Bank for banking services to be provided to the City of Waukee for the years
beginning July 1, 2025, 2026 and 2027.
