RESOLUTION 2025-189
APPROVING CROP DAMAGE CLAIM
[DEJONG PROPERTIES, LLC; DAVID FELT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, this is an agreement between the City of Waukee and David Felt, tenant farmer on
the DeJong Properties, LLC for loss of crop within the temporary and permanent easement areas;
AND,
WHEREAS, the damages are a direct result of the work performed as part of the West Area
Trunk Sewer Phase 3 Project; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee the Crop
Damage Claim [DeJong Properties, LLC; David Felt] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved ty5lh day of May, 2025.
