RESOLUTION 2025-190
APPROVING CROP DAMAGE CLAIM
[CHARLES A. HAGEN AND JANIS L. HAGEN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST;
DAN KNOLL]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, this is an agreement between the City of Waukee and Dan Knoll, tenant farmer on
the Charles and Janis Hagen Revocable Living Trust parcel for loss of crop within the temporary
and permanent easement areas; AND,
WHEREAS, the damages are a direct result of the work performed as part of the West Area
Trunk Sewer Phase 3 Project; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee the Crop
Damage Claim [Charles A. Hagen and Janis L. Hagen Revocable Living Trust; Dan Knoll] is
hereby approved.
