RESOLUTION 2025-199
APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT REQUEST AT 200 SE LAUREL
STREET [BELLING FIREWORKS, INC.]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Bellino Fireworks, Inc. has signed a lease with Fareway on property located at
200 SE Laurel Street; AND,
WHEREAS, Bellino Fireworks, Inc. is requesting approval of a temporary use permit for the
sale of fireworks from June 24, 2025 through July 5, 2025.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 5th day of May, 2025, that it hereby approves the temporary use pe 200 SE Laurel
Street for June 24, 2025 — July 5, 2025.
