AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of a motion approving 5-day Special Class C
Retail Alcohol License with Outdoor Service privilege, beginning July
15, 2025, for BEERCOE, LLC, d/b/a Beercoe [1255 S. Warrior Lane,
Waukee Art Festival], pending proof of dram insurance
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: BEERCOE, LLC, will be providing drinks as part of
the annual Waukee Arts Festival in Centennial Park.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Community Development
Departments have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny
the permit at this time, pending proof of dram insurance.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending proof of dram insurance.
